Frequently Asked Questions About White Label Coffee
No. Every white label product ships exclusively under your brand. Your logo, your designs, and your business name are the only things on the box. We also use plain, unbranded shipping boxes with no Roastify markings, packing slips, or return labels. From production to doorstep, the customer experience is 100% your brand.
Yes. For dropship orders, we roast, print your branded packaging, pack, and ship directly to your customer's address. Shipping is $4.50 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item in the same order, via UPS or USPS depending on destination. Tracking numbers sync back to your storefront automatically. For wholesale orders, we can ship to your address, warehouse, or 3PL, with international shipping available.
No. There are no MOQs for any catalog product. You can place a single-unit dropship order or a multi-case wholesale run through the same platform. All products are made on demand so nothing is ever out of stock. Custom sourcing programs at the Enterprise level do require a minimum of 1,000 units because of the custom roasting and formulation work involved.
Dropship pricing is $12.00 per 12oz box on all plans, with pods at $9.00 and instant coffee at $5.50 on Pro. Platform plans are $15/mo (Base) or $49/mo (Pro), with annual billing that saves about 16%. You are only charged for product when an order ships, not when it is placed.

We offer 12oz bags in both whole bean and ground on all plans. Pro plan members also get access to single-serve coffee pods (12 per box, K-cup compatible), instant coffee (6 freeze-dried packets per box), and specialty formats including mushroom coffee and matcha. All coffees are specialty grade, scored 80 or above on the SCA 100-point scale. Roast levels range from light to dark, including single-origin and seasonal options.
Our average refresh rate across all blends is 4.3 days from roast to ship, and just 2.3 days for popular blends. For comparison, grocery store coffee is typically 14 to 16 weeks old when it reaches the shelf. We roast in small batches at our FDA-registered, state-inspected facility and all coffees are certified mycotoxin-free, heavy metal-free, and mold and yeast-free.
Three options. Our built-in Design Studio is a browser-based editor with text, image, background, and layer tools plus a live 3D mockup preview for generating marketing assets. You can also use a Canva template for a quick start. For full control, download our dieline templates for Illustrator or Photoshop and upload finished artwork at 300 DPI (3900 x 5700 pixels, JPG, max 10MB). Every box gets full-color CMYK printing with full bleed. We also offer professional design services starting at $399 for a 3-product design package.
Fulfillment speed depends on your plan. Pro orders are roasted, printed, packed, and shipped within 2 business days. Base plan orders ship in 4–5 business days. Trial accounts see 5–7 business days. After carrier pickup (UPS or USPS), domestic transit adds 3–5 business days. Tracking numbers are generated automatically and sync back to connected storefronts.
Base ($15/mo) supports up to 50 products, 1 Shopify store, and 4–5 business day fulfillment with access to 12oz bag products only. Pro ($49/mo) supports up to 350 products, 3 Shopify stores, 2-day fulfillment, and unlocks pods, instant coffee, matcha, mushroom coffee, and a hosted storefront at yourstore.coffeestore.app or a custom domain. Both plans include free API access and the full Design Studio. Annual billing saves roughly 16% on either plan.
No food handling licenses are required for selling coffee online. Roastify's production facility is FDA-registered and state-inspected, covering all manufacturing, food safety, and compliance requirements. You handle branding and sales; we handle the rest. This is one of the reasons white label coffee is a low-barrier path into the market.
Yes. We offer a sample box for $49.50 so you can taste the coffee and evaluate packaging quality firsthand. Pro plan members receive a free sample box when they sign up. Samples ship to US addresses only.
