All of our coffee is roasted right here in-house in Bend, Oregon USA by our expert roast masters who have perfected profiles to highlight the unique character of every coffee. Our small-batch process allows for precise control over time, temperature, and airflow, ensuring unmatched freshness, consistency, and flavor in every roast.
Every bean we roast meets the rigorous standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), scoring 80 points or higher on their 100-point quality scale. This designation—reserved for the top tier of coffee worldwide—means our beans are free from primary defects, carefully sourced, and full of distinct, exceptional flavor. From farm to roastery, we uphold strict quality control so every cup you serve delivers the rich, nuanced experience that defines true specialty coffee.
We take quality control beyond taste—our coffee undergoes independent third-party lab testing for mycotoxins, heavy metals, and mold/yeast cultures. These certifications confirm our coffee is free from harmful contaminants, ensuring every batch is as safe as it is delicious. By eliminating these risks, we preserve the pure flavor profile of our beans and give you a product you can serve with complete confidence.
Our coffee is roasted fresh every week, ensuring your customers receive it at peak flavor. On average, just 4.3 days pass from the moment the beans leave the roaster to when they ship directly to your customers—making it some of the freshest coffee available anywhere. Combined with premium hermetic packaging, we lock in that just-roasted aroma and taste, delivering a cup that stands apart from the rest.
