Frequently Asked Questions About Dropship Coffee
No. Every dropship coffee product is fully white-labeled under your brand. Your logo, designs, and business details are the only things your customers see on the box. We also use plain, unbranded shipping boxes with no Roastify markings on packing slips or return labels. The entire unboxing experience belongs to your brand.
Yes. That is the core of our dropship model. When a customer places an order on your store, we roast the coffee, print your branded packaging, and ship it directly to their address. Shipping costs are $4.50 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item in the same order. We ship via UPS or USPS depending on destination, and tracking information automatically syncs back to your storefront so your customers stay updated.
No. There are no MOQs for any catalog product. You can fulfill a single box or hundreds through the same system. Products are made on demand so nothing is ever out of stock. You are only charged when an order actually ships, not when it is placed. This means you can test new products and blends with zero financial risk.
Dropship unit pricing is $12.00 per 12oz coffee box on all plans. Coffee pods are $9.00 per box and instant coffee is $5.50 per box, both available on Pro plans. Monthly platform plans are $15/mo for Base or $49/mo for Pro, with annual options that save about 16%. You pay for product only when each order ships.

We offer 12oz bags in both whole bean and ground on all plans. Pro plan members also get access to single-serve coffee pods (12 per box, K-cup compatible), instant coffee (6 freeze-dried packets per box), and specialty formats like mushroom coffee and matcha. All of our coffees are specialty grade, scored 80 or above on the SCA 100-point scale, with roast levels ranging from light to dark including single-origin and seasonal options.
Our average refresh rate across all blends is 4.3 days from roast to ship, and just 2.3 days for our popular blends. For comparison, grocery store coffee is typically 14 to 16 weeks old by the time it reaches the shelf. We roast in small batches at our FDA-registered, state-inspected facility. All coffees are certified mycotoxin-free, heavy metal-free, and mold and yeast-free.
Fulfillment speed depends on your plan. Pro plan orders are roasted, printed, packed, and shipped within 2 business days. Base plan orders ship within 4–5 business days. Trial accounts see 5–7 business day fulfillment. After handoff to the carrier (UPS or USPS), domestic transit typically adds 3–5 business days. Tracking numbers are generated automatically and sync back to your connected storefront.
You have three paths. Our built-in Design Studio is a browser-based editor with text, image, background, and layer tools plus a live 3D preview for generating marketing mockups. You can also use a Canva template for a quick start. For full control, download our dieline templates for Illustrator or Photoshop and upload finished artwork at 300 DPI (3900 x 5700 pixels, JPG, max 10MB). Every box gets full-color CMYK printing with full bleed — this is real offset-quality packaging, not a sticker label.
Once you connect your Shopify store, orders sync to Roastify automatically within seconds. We handle roasting, printing, packing, and shipping. The tracking number is pushed back to Shopify so your customer gets standard shipping notifications from your store. Products sync to Shopify as drafts so you can activate them when ready. Base plans support 1 Shopify store, Pro supports up to 3, and Enterprise supports unlimited stores. We also offer a developer API (free on all plans) for custom integrations with other platforms.
No. You do not need a food handling license to sell coffee online. Roastify's facility is FDA-registered and state-inspected, which covers all manufacturing, food safety, and compliance requirements. We handle production and fulfillment; you handle branding and sales. This is one of the reasons dropshipping coffee is a low-barrier way to enter the market.
Yes. We offer a sample box for $49.50 so you can taste the coffee and evaluate packaging quality before going live. Pro plan members receive a free sample box when they sign up. Samples ship to US addresses only.
