Roastify supports custom packaging across three core product formats. Each format has its own dieline template and print specifications, but all use the same full-bleed CMYK printing process.

You have three options depending on your comfort level. The built-in Design Studio is browser-based with text, image, and layer tools plus live 3D mockup preview — no software installation required. You can also start from a Canva template for a beginner-friendly workflow. If you prefer full creative control, download a dieline template for Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma and upload your finished artwork. All three paths produce the same production-ready output.
Uploaded artwork should be 300 DPI at 3900 x 5700 pixels in JPG format, with a maximum file size of 10MB. Dieline templates include bleed marks, fold lines, and safe zones so your design aligns with the physical packaging. After uploading, the designer generates a 3D proof so you can review exactly how the printed product will look before approving production.
Dieline templates are available in Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), and PNG formats. Each template includes trim lines, bleed area, fold guides, and safe zones. Figma community files and Canva template links are also available for designers who prefer those tools.
All Roastify packaging uses full-bleed CMYK printing directly on the packaging material — not sticker labels. This means your design wraps the entire surface of the box or carton for a professional, retail-ready finish. The result is offset-quality packaging that looks indistinguishable from products made by large-scale roasters.
Coffee products sold in the US must include specific labeling information mandated by the FDA. Our templates come pre-configured with the correct layout for all required fields, so compliance is built in from the start.

Each product format has its own dieline dimensions, so you cannot use the exact same file across formats. However, you can maintain full visual consistency by applying the same logos, colors, typography, and brand elements across 12oz boxes, pod cartons, and instant coffee packaging. Many merchants design a cohesive product line using shared brand assets across all three formats.
Once you approve your packaging proof, production and fulfillment follow your plan's SLA. Pro plan members receive a 2-business-day fulfillment guarantee — meaning your product is roasted, printed, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2 days of order placement. After carrier pickup, transit time is typically 3–5 business days via UPS or USPS depending on destination.

No. Your products are fully white-labeled. No Roastify branding appears on the packaging, shipping box, packing slip, or return label. Your customers see only your brand throughout the entire unboxing experience.
No. Roastify handles all roasting, packaging, and fulfillment from our FDA-registered, state-inspected facility in Bend, Oregon. You operate as the brand and retailer — no food handling license, commercial kitchen, or special permits are required on your end.
Yes. Because every order is printed on demand, there is no existing inventory to deplete. You can update your packaging design at any time through the Design Studio or by uploading new artwork. The next order placed will use the updated design — no change fees, no waste.
